Movement is a fundamental element for maintaining physical health, mental balance, and long-term vitality. My work in prevention and health focuses on developing sustainable movement practices that support body awareness, mobility, strength, resilience, and a healthier relationship with the body in everyday life.
Drawing from my background in contemporary dance, somatic practices, dance medicine, and movement research, I create programs that combine scientific knowledge with embodied experience. The aim is to offer accessible and meaningful movement experiences that help counteract the effects of sedentary lifestyles, and support overall well-being.
Whether in companies, educational contexts, or individual settings, my approach supports people in experiencing movement as a resource for health, energy, and sustainable performance.
